Help Us Take a Landmark Human Rights Case to the European Court
Hello, I'm Sidse Powell, Founder and Creative Director of The Status of Women Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to exposing injustices facing women around the world, providing resources for empowerment, and advocating for systemic change.
We are urgently raising funds to support a groundbreaking human rights case now being prepared for submission to the European Court of Human Rights. This case involves a mother and her two children whose fundamental rights have been gravely violated by the legal system of a European country.
The case has been vetted and accepted by a leading human rights attorney, who is now preparing the submission to the ECHR. Due to legal and safety restrictions, full case details can not be made public. However, the violations include:
Failure to protect the Right to Life, Protection from Harm, and Family Life
Neglect of urgent medical needs for the children, despite expert documentation
Findings of child abduction were made under the Hague Convention, yet protective measures were not enforced.
Disregard for evidence of domestic abuse and sexual violence
Compelled re-exposure to danger, putting the mother at grave risk
Severe procedural failures affecting both the children’s safety and the mother’s rights
This case is backed by verified legal and medical documentation and is advancing toward international legal action.
Your support will directly fund:
Expert medical and psychological evaluations for the children
Human rights legal representation
Basic living costs for the mother during this process
Any contribution, financial, or by sharing this campaign is deeply appreciated.
A NOTE TO DONORS, we are keeping the mothers name anonymous for safety reasons. If you personally knows her and want to leave her a message of encouragement, please do so without using her name. Thank you.
This is more than a legal battle. It is a fight to protect a family, uphold justice, and hold systems accountable.
Thank you for standing with a mother whose courage is greater than the system failing her and her children.
My sincere appreciation! Sidse Powell
