Help us take a Class Trip!

Hi, we are Ana, William and Jena Knaack! We are earning money through fundraising to go on our class trips.

 

Due to COVID, a couple of our Class Trips were postponed and therefore we are all going in one year. We are trying to help raise the money for our trips, and the traditional selling products to raise funds, is harder due to COVID. Suppliers can't get products, and going door to door is hard when people are sick or in quarantine.

 

Ana and William will be going to Chicago for their class trip. This is a Band/Choir Trip. Some of the exciting things they will be doing in Chicago is seeing West Side Story the Musical, the Skydeck Tilt Ride, the Science Museum, Lincoln Park Zoo, Medieval Times and much more.

 

Because Ana has special needs one of our parents will need to attend with her and they will also have to cover their own trip with us. Ane usually never gets to attend class trips because of her special needs, so this will give her time to finally be able to feel like a typical child.

Some of the fundraising we do through school is not ideal for everyone, and we know some would much prefer to just send us money, so a GoFundMe account is much more ideal. We have done some, but no where near the amount that we can usually do.

 

Jena will be going to Washington DC for her class trip. Some of the fun things she will be doing is seeing the Washington Monument, Iwo Jima Memorial, Changing of the Guards at Arlington National Cemetary, Smithsonian Institution, Kennedy Center, the White House and so much more.

 

Both of these trips will give the kids time to develop lasting friendships and the chance to see and learn about the many different parts of our history and country.
