It is hard to believe that it has come to this, but we need your help on staying open through this crisis. As you know all restaurants are now either closed or can only offer delivery and pick up.
We are open now from 9am to 3pm to be able to offer some sort of income to all our senior staff but as is we will only be able to stay operating for maybe another week or so.
We are a very small business, the neighborhood café/restaurant that has been open since 2005 and still the ONLY Portuguese restaurant/bakery in Los Angeles.
We know that everyone is in this together and that this too shall pass but we would be heart broken if tomorrow we wouldn't be able to say hi to the happy faces that have been our client/friends for so many years.
Our intention with this money is to pay for the basics to stay in business including rent, staff and utilities.
