Thank you for taking the time to click on our link to read about little Sarai. Sarai is the newest member of the WeatherSure family, as Sarai's father (Daniel) is a Foreman for the WeatherSure Inc. Service Department. Here at WeatherSure we ARE family and with any family, the members will rally around anyone that is in need of support. Here is Sarai's story.
On November 18, 2016 Sarai's mother went into Sarai's room for a routine check only to be faced with every parent's worst nightmare; Sarai was no longer breathing. Sarai was rushed to and admitted to Children's Hospital where they diagnosed a brain bleed. The doctors have (so far) not found an explanation for the bleed, but believe the condition is liver related. Sarai has consequently undergone 3 craniotomies and will still have at least one more brain surgery before she can be released. Sarai will then have months to years of rehabilitation and it is unknown if there will be permanent damge to the brain from the lack of oxygen or the internal cranial pressure.
With such a tragedy occurring, the WeatherSure family is doing all we can to help support Daniel and his family emotionally and now financially. Daniel is the only breadwinner for the family as his wife stays home to care for the children. As one can imagine, Daniel has not been able to work since Sarai has been admitted and has been by Sarai's side since she was admitted to the hospital. The WeatherSure family decided to start this page (in combination with other efforts by staff members) in hopes that we can help ease some of the financial burden the family is facing all while ensuring the other 4 children have a blessed Christmas. If you are able to donate anything (even just $5) Sarai's family will be eternally grateful and blessed.
