Sarah Glasgow is my sister, and our family is asking for help after a life-threatening car accident changed everything in an instant. Sarah is a beautiful and wonderful person who means so much to everyone who knows her. She is smart, kind, and full of promise. This year, she was preparing to graduate and had plans to continue her education to become an equine vet. Right now, instead of celebrating that future, our family is focused on helping Sarah fight through the most difficult time of her life.

Sarah is facing an incredibly serious medical journey. She has needed life support and major medical care, including heart surgery, uterus surgery, bowel surgery, a broken pelvis, broken ribs, broken bones alongside her spine, a brain bleed, brain bruising, and no lower body movements at the moment. They are keeping her in a medically induced coma because of the tear in her aorta. She will have a long recovery, including physical therapy and relearning to walk if she is able to walk again. We are looking at a long road ahead of us and we need your support. We will keep everyone updated to the best of our ability. They are continuing to run tests and are finding new things wrong every time. We love our girl; she is so strong and putting up a fight. Along with the emotional weight of seeing someone we love go through this, the financial strain has become overwhelming. We are trying to keep up with hospital bills, the cost of driving back and forth to be with her, and the expenses that will come with therapy and recovery as she heals.
