We are a group of parents raising money to support some of the most important people in our lives: our children’s teachers and caregivers. These wonderful humans care for our kids every day and make it possible for us to work knowing our children are safe, loved, and well taken care of.
Due to the current political climate and challenges in the Twin Cities, many of these educators are facing serious hardship. We want to help keep them safe and supported.
Donations will be used to:
- Provide gift cards for safe transportation
- Deliver weekly groceries for teachers and their families
We expect to provide this support for the next few months, until conditions are safer.
Any support you can give would mean the world to our teachers and our school community.
*All funds raised go solely to teachers; sometimes directly and sometimes to costs for supporting them.*
*When/if this crisis ends, all remaining funds will be distributed to the teachers, per the reason for the fund and to show our support and gratitude for continuing to come to work every day to care for our children and provide them with security and love during such a difficult time for them and the community.*
