Hey everyone!

As some of you may know, my mom has been battling cancer since the end of last year. It’s been a very difficult and emotional time for us, and the financial burden has been pretty overwhelming. Since we learned her diagnosis, we’ve been trying to get financial support and coverage from the government but have been met with little help or urgency. We’re still working on it, but are losing hope.

Without going into too much detail, we’ve come to a point where my husband and I are living paycheck to paycheck supporting all of us and we haven’t even been able to make a dent in the medical bills that are continuing to pile up.

If you know my mom or me, you know that asking for help is really difficult, and I’m finding it especially hard to ask for money. It’s honestly just come to a point where we’re not sure what else to do.
