Dear friends and families,

I am writing to you today to share the story of a beloved member of our community, Ms. Cherie Baron, a dedicated preschool teacher who has expressed her love to all the children she has cared for over the years. With a passion for education and a heart full of compassion, Ms. Cherie has always gone above and beyond to make sure every child felt loved and cared for.

Tragically, on November 19, Ms. Cherie suffered a stroke that has drastically changed her life. In an instant, her world was turned upside down. The stroke affected her mobility, and she has faced an uphill battle ever since. As she begins her long journey to recovery, the challenges have become overwhelming for her.

Unfortunately, during this time Ms. Cherie also had to move out from the place she was living. The financial burden of her medical treatment, therapy sessions, and necessary home modifications is significant. Her family is doing their best to support her, but it has gotten difficult since they are out of state. We want to help alleviate some of this stress and ensure that Ms. Cherie can focus on her recovery without the constant worry of financial strain.

Despite these challenges, Ms. Cherie’s spirit remains unbroken. She has shown incredible strength and determination, working hard in therapy to regain her abilities and return to the school she loves. The children and staff miss her dearly.

We are reaching out to you, our community, to help us raise funds to support Ms. Cherie during this difficult time. Our goal is to raise $3,000 to cover her benefits premiums, and storage where her belongings/car are being stored. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in her recovery journey.
