Help us support Morgan (Olson) Stapp and Family

On March 26, Morgan and Jake, along with big brother Benny, welcomed a baby boy, Banks Olson, at MercyOne in West Des Moines. Aside from delivering a little early, all was well with mom and baby.

On the morning of April 2, Morgan and Jake were just starting their day when Morgan, who had been complaining of a headache, became disoriented and later collapsed. An ambulance was called and Morgan was transported to MercyOne downtown where it was determined that she’d experienced a hemorrhagic stroke.

Morgan is currently in the ICU at MercyOne downtown. She is in a coma but has started to respond to stimuli. We know the road ahead will be long and we recognize that we will need to lean on the village and community around us. So many folks have already asked how they can help Morgan, Jake, Benny and Banks. Not knowing what lies ahead, this is our starting point. We appreciate everything you can do for the family.
