My name is Cloey and I'm raising money to support my dear friends - Meg and Justin - on their journey to becoming parents. Meg is a labor and delivery nurse who has dreamt of being a mother ever since she paraded around the neighborhood at age six, proudly carrying around a baby doll and caring for it as if it was her own little one. Meg married Justin, a former Navy sonar technician -- now hospital security guard -- who was already picking out baby names early on in their relationship as his excitement to be a father grew alongside his and Meg's love for each other.

Over the last two years, Meg and Justin have been on a rigorous health, research, and financial journey to conceive, one of tumultuous ups and downs that, while having brought them even closer together, still left them without the pregnancy they both want so badly. Having exhausted all other options, Meg and Justin are now pursuing in-vitro fertility (IVF) in order to conceive. In the U.S., IVF is an expensive process that most insurance -- including theirs -- does not cover, which drove Meg and Justin to look into the cost of IVF in other countries. After lots of research, Meg and Justin found that the most affordable and doable way for them to pursue IVF is by receiving care in Haugesund, Norway at Klinikk Hausken.
