No teenager should have to face cancer, but right now, Maddox is. 

Maddox should be focused on life, friends, and his future, not hospital appointments, treatment, and recovery. 

His diagnosis has come as a huge shock to him and his family — he has Embryonal Carcinoma which has spread to his lung & stomach, and the road ahead is going to be challenging. Maddox is surrounded by a family who love him deeply. His mum, Lara, and dad, Joel, are both supporting him through this, navigating the challenges that come with treatment while continuing to care for their families and day-to-day responsibilities. We want to ease that pressure and help both Maddox and his parents so they can be there for him every step of the way without worrying about everyday stresses.

Funds raised will go toward:  

-Groceries and Meals  

-Living expenses 

-Travel to medical appointments 

-Maddox’s extra needs

We are close family friends of Maddox and his family, and we have set up this fundraiser on his behalf to support him during his cancer treatment.

To ensure the funds are used as intended, we will either transfer funds directly to support Maddox across both of his care environments with his mum, Lara, and dad, Joel, or pay for expenses on the family’s behalf where needed.
