Help Us Support Lesley Through Glioblastoma
Donation protected
Lesley is the kind of person who lights up a room without trying. She's warm, kind, and always puts others before herself. Now, after a heartbreaking diagnosis, we’re asking for a little of that kindness to come back to her.
Over these past few weeks, Lesley was diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma — an aggressive and incurable brain cancer with an average life expectancy of 12-18 months depending on response to treatment. The news has hit hard. Everything has changed.
We’re now focused on giving Lesley as much comfort, peace, and joy as possible for the time she has. That means more than just love and care — it also means navigating appointments, treatment support, practical needs at home, and the huge emotional toll this takes on everyone close to her.
We're doing all we can as a family, but we can't do it alone. This fundraiser will help cover:
- Transport and accessibility costs
- Home support and care
- Time off work for close family
- Mental health and well-being services
- Unexpected costs that arise as her condition progresses
It will also help create space for a few gentle and fun moments she’s hoping for — maybe some theatre trips, some time by the sea, a fun holiday, and one last really extravagant Christmas.
No donation is too small — every bit helps us protect Lesley's comfort and dignity through this time. And if you can’t donate, please consider sharing this with your network.
Thank you for supporting a woman who has always supported others. Your kindness means the world to us.
