Hi, my name is Sara, and I’m fundraising for my incredible father, Jorge.

As many of you know my dad has been battling Cancer since 2012.. but in 2023, our world was turned upside down when my dad was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. On May 26, 2025 my dad had to undergo an emergency tracheostomy because his airway was beginning to close due to the tumor. Despite his brave fight and enduring spirit, the cancer has progressed. The tumor has grown and is now pressing against his spine, leaving doctors with no further treatment options. After much consideration, my dad has been placed in hospice care, where the focus is now on keeping him comfortable and surrounded by the love of his family.

My dad has always been someone who lived life to the fullest—full of laughter, love, and a deep devotion to those around him. He’s a devoted husband, a loving father, and a man who touched many lives with his kindness and warmth.

As we face this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for help to ease the financial burden that comes with end-of-life care. Your support will go directly toward:

Giving my dad the peaceful farewell he deserves
