Hi, my name is Arelis and I would like to ask for everyone’s help for our beloved Erica Elisa Piedra… aka Eika. Please take a few moments of your day to read her story. Unfortunately, Erica passed away due to a massive heart attack yesterday, August 26, 2021 at only 37 years young. Anyone that knew Erica knew that her heart was huge and made of gold. She would be there in an instant for anyone that needed her, even when she needed someone herself. Her family understands that God has taken her to be with Him and have faith that she is in a better place. However, her daughters may not understand this at the moment, as they are still so little. As some of you know, they lost their father just a few years ago leaving Erica to be a single mother. This go fund me is not only to help us raise money for Erica’s funeral but also to help support her daughters. Erica passed away in Bradenton, where she lived with her girls. We need this money to be able to transfer her to Hillsborough county, pay for funeral costs, and help support her girls who are now left with no parents. We only have 2 more days to be able to transfer her. Her oldest Priscilla is autistic and at only 12 years old has been through more than anyone should have to bare. Viviana, her 9 year old, is so bright and full of life, despite life‘s ups and downs, we hope she never loses that joy. Ericas daughters were her entire life and everyone knew it. Thankfully they have their grandmother, Lazara “Chari” Chávez that has taken them in with open arms. As I’m sure all of you can understand, this is a very difficult situation that requires a lot of attention, emotional and financial support, and most of all prayer.
