NEWEST UPDATE
Emma has had surgery to take out her tumor and left kidney (which thankfully went very well) but after the surgery was done they sent the tumor to get put under a microscope to see how severe the cancer was. The pathology report came back today stating it spread to 3 lymph nodes and is more cancerous then they originally anticipated. Emma will now need a whole new chemo plan as well as 11 days of radiation instead of 6. Her new chemo plan will now last 42 weeks instead of the originally 25 weeks, 4 additional chemotherapy drugs will have to be introduced with more severe side effects. This will all require more time in London at the children’s hospital and will require us to keep our job search on hold. Myself and my husband were both let go from our jobs during this major journey and now have the added stress to pay bills and support our children and home. So I appreciate everyone who has helped us so far, you have all made this incredibly hard journey alittle easier for us and I can’t say thank you enough!
If you are able to donate to help it would be greatly appreciated. And thank you again to everyone who has donated so far!
P.S any donations left over after we get through this battle will be donated to the Ronald McDonald house ❤️

UPDATE
we have now been given a treatment plan. Emma will require chemotherapy for 6-12 weeks to attempt at shrinking the tumor. Her tumor is to large to have a safe operation right now. Once the tumor shrinks we will be able to operate, after the operation Emma will have to receive more chemotherapy and possibly radiation for up to 6 months. With the new treatment plan in place we now realize more work will be missed to care for Emma and doctor visits etc. I am soooo incredibly happy we reached our original goal! But with the updated news we aren’t sure how far that 6,000 will go. So we ask for your support to help us get through this and we are soooo appreciative of all of you ❤️

Hi everyone my name is Alicia Morin and I am Emma Drouillards mother. We have received unfortunate news that no one ever wants to hear. Emma has been diagnosed with a Wilm’s tumor and will require surgery to remove her kidney plus the tumor and receive chemotherapy. If anyone could help support Emma and ourselves through this tough time it would be more then appreciated. The money that is raised will help us pay for our travel fees, hotel stays if needed and help us still support our home since a lot of work will be missed. Thank you to everyone who can help in any way myself, Daniel, Emma and Dallas all greatly appreciate it
