Our mum, Denise, has recently been diagnosed with a Grade 4 Glioblastoma(Brain tumour). She means everything to our family. She’s had surgery, and soon she’ll be starting chemotherapy and radiotherapy. It’s a serious diagnosis and there’s a tough road ahead.
Mum doesn’t like a fuss and she’s not someone who asks for anything, so we want to make sure we support her in a way that helps her stay feeling like herself. There are things treatment doesn’t cover that can still make a big difference day to day, personal comfort, care items, and a bespoke wig that will help her keep her dignity as she goes through hair loss.
This isn’t about paying for treatment. It’s about helping us support Mum with the extra things that keep her comfortable and confident during the months ahead. If you’d like to contribute, big or small, we’d be genuinely grateful. And even if you can’t donate, simply sharing the page would help us more than you know.
Thank you for your support. It means a lot to all of us.
