My name is Michelle, and I’m reaching out because my family and I are facing a difficult situation. Our furnace has stopped working, and with no heat in our home, we’re worried about staying safe and comfortable as the temperatures drop. The cold is already making things challenging, and we’re concerned about the risk of frozen pipes and further damage to our home.

A new furnace would make a world of difference for us. It would restore warmth to our home, help us avoid costly repairs from frozen pipes, and give us peace of mind through the winter months. I work full time, but my husband is a transplant patient, and we have many ongoing medical expenses that make it hard to cover unexpected costs like this.

We would be so grateful for any support you can offer, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing our story. Your kindness would help us get through this tough time and keep our home safe. Thank you for considering helping our family.
