I am reaching out for support as I navigate a challenging time with my newborn daughter. After working hard to get sober since 12-12-24, I finally secured our own apartment—a huge milestone for us. However, the journey hasn't been easy. The money I had saved to keep our apartment went toward getting my license back, keeping the electricity on, and making sure my baby had diapers and wipes. Now, I find myself completely broke and unable to get anywhere. Without a vehicle, I am stranded in our apartment unless my mother drives 40 minutes to help us get to appointments or the store.

Having reliable transportation is essential for me to return to work, take my daughter to her medical appointments, and ensure we can keep our home. Every day, I am doing my best to provide a safe and stable life for my baby, but right now, I need a little help from our community.
