UPDATE:: we was able to pay a little bit of it . We now owe $510 ( $235 from one week and $275 from the other week) if anyone could help just a little with anything wed really appreciate it. You can even pay the hotel and not give me anything because that’s really all it’s for is save what I have here all I own to my name and the only place to go. Resources will not help because I live in a hotel and is not considered a home ‍♀️

We have been living in a hotel for the past four years. We both work, but with the holidays and the weather, our jobs have slowed down and our hours have been cut. This means our paychecks are much lower than usual, and we’ve fallen behind on our room payments. It’s just the two of us—we don’t have any family or friends to turn to, and we’ve reached out to places for help, but they don’t count a hotel as a home, so we haven’t been able to get assistance with rent. Everything we own is in this room, and we’re worried about being put out in the cold with nowhere else to go.

While the owner has worked with us in the past, it’s getting harder to keep up. We’re currently behind and our paychecks only cover the current and future weeks, not what we owe from before. We live paycheck to paycheck, and it’s been impossible to save enough to get ahead. We’re working on building our credit so we can eventually get approved for an apartment and break out of this cycle, but right now, we just need help to get caught up and stay safe.
