Help Us Stay Safe and Comfortable at Home

My name is Kara, and I’m raising funds to help provide a safe and comfortable home for myself and my two children, ages 14 and 16. Our HVAC system stopped working, and the extreme summer heat has made it nearly impossible for us to stay in our own home. We’ve had to spend nights in hotels, and my kids have sometimes needed to stay with friends or family just to avoid the heat. It’s been a stressful and uncertain time for all of us, and it’s hard not being together under one roof. While trying to pay off debt , I'm not able to get a simple loan from a bank .

I’ve already received an estimate for a new HVAC system, but the cost is more than I can manage on my own.
