My name is Julie, and I’m raising funds to replace a part on our central air conditioner in our home. I live with my sister and my two dogs, and I have chronic asthma, which makes dealing with the summer heat especially difficult. Our current air conditioning system has a broken fan blower, and it’s no longer able to keep our home cool or safe.

The heat has been taking a toll on all of us. Both my sister and I have been struggling with symptoms of heat exhaustion, and my asthma has gotten worse as the temperatures rise. Our dogs are also having a hard time staying comfortable. We’ve tried using fans and portable units, but they just aren’t enough to make a real difference.

Replacing the fan blower on the central air conditioner is the only way to make our home safe and livable again.
