Last night, my life changed in an instant when I wrecked my motorcycle. As the primary breadwinner in my household, I’ve always done my best to make sure our bills are paid and there’s food on the table. But now, with injuries keeping me out of work for who knows how long, I’m facing a situation I never expected. To make things even more challenging, my fiancé and I just moved into our first place together over the weekend. She isn’t working at the moment, so with me being down, we honestly don’t know where the money for rent, utilities, and other essentials will come from.

The funds raised here will go directly toward keeping the lights on, paying our rent, covering car insurance and the car note, and making sure we have food and basic necessities while I recover. We’re doing everything we can to stay positive, but the uncertainty is overwhelming.
