October 2020 my life was turned upside down when I had to get a protective order on the one person who was supposed to have my back. My significant other had become violent and abusive. I did the right thing. I got the protective order, filed charges and took the necessary steps to make sure I could successfully provide for our children by getting a full time job.

           My abuser began to stalk and harass me. Telling me I wasnt good enough for anyone. Repeatedly came to the house to make his presence known. After being arrested and sitting in jail for a couple of months he finally got out. He left me alone. I caught covid in December of 2020 and became extremely ill. Because of the lack of support and help, I had no choice but to call my abuser for help with our children as I could no longer take care of them.

           After finding out I was pregnant with our daughter in February 2021 he became even more abusive. On an outing to the local water park in June 2021 as we were leaving he proceeded to punch me in my nose because I wouldnt let him drive us home intoxicated. I dropped him off at the gas station and went home and packed my things. That monday i was granted an emergency order of protection, and he broke it saying he would throw battery acid in my face and make me unrecognizable if i didnt drop all charges. I dropped everything.

        Through my pregnancy he continued the abuse. Punching me in my face, breaking my phone or putting a password on my phone that only he had access to. At 38 weeks pregnant he sat on top of me and refused to let me up as he tried to shove a straw up my nose. In October I gave birth completely alone and was rushed by ambulance because he wasnt at the house when i went into labor. I thought maybe things would calm down after i had our daughter but things became worse. 
         I moved into my own place in December, and upon moving my childrens things we were in a car accident. Because he didnt have transportation or a job, he made his way into my new home.

       After numerous attempts to get away from this man this Wednesday i finally escaped. 

 

        After fighting for 4 hours for my life by being strangled 7 times and suffocated too many times to count and being punched so many times my ribs hurt. I filed charges and got a protective order. When he left he took everything of value. He took my only means of transportation leaving me to walk 20 minutes with 3 kids in 100 degree weather just to go to the store. He stole my debit card, my food stamp card, our social security cards. He stole our happiness. He bleached my clothing and tore everything up. He cut the cord on my childrens tv and took the down stairs tv with him.
          I am asking for money for help with a vehicle. Nothing fancy. I’m asking for help for carseats, clothing and basic household necessities. I have been unable to have a job due to his own insecurities and don't have a dollar to my name. If you feel it in your heart to help please do.
