Help Us Start Anew: A Journey from Hardship to Hope

Hello, my name is Jessica, and I am reaching out for your support during an incredibly challenging time for my 19-year-old and me. After suffering a nervous breakdown in January 2022, caused by trauma, burnout, and a neurological developmental disorder that had gone undiagnosed/untreated until my diagnosis in February of 2022, I am still in the process of recovery. This ongoing struggle has pushed us to the brink of homelessness.

We are seeking to relocate from Colorado to Alabama to find a fresh start and a stable environment. We will be staying at a year-round campsite while saving up to obtain housing. In order to make our fresh start, we urgently need to secure a reliable vehicle and cover the costs of relocating.
