My name is Mahmoud, a father trying to protect his children in Gaza while everything around us has been destroyed by war.

Our home, where we once felt safe, is now damaged and no longer livable. My children wake up every day frightened, without stability, safety, or basic needs. Food is scarce, clean water is difficult to find, and medical care has become almost impossible.

As a parent, the hardest feeling is watching your children suffer while being unable to provide them with a normal life. They deserve safety, education, and hope — not fear and displacement.
