Niamh and Karen are two women from Limerick and Dublin who are participating in the Global March To Gaza- to stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza and demand immediate humanitarian access. We are calling on all our governments and the international community to act now and stop the forced starvation and bombardment of the Palestinian people. The laws are already there we must act on them now, there is no more time to wait!

On June 15th alongside over 54 countries from around the world we will meet in Cairo This is a peaceful international effort to march from Cairo through the Sinai Desert to the Rafah Crossing, the tightly sealed border into Gaza.

Since March, Israel has enforced a total blockade on aid. No food, no water, no medicine. The people of Gaza are being starved, bombed, and cut off from the world. This march is a powerful, united stand—demanding the permanent opening of the border to ensure there is permanent access to food, water and medical supplies.

This fundraising is looking to support Karen and Niamh taking part in this march. The funds raised will go directly toward transport costs, helping get to Egypt and for Irish voices to join the march on the ground
