Help Us Shoot Sonnie Daze, An Indie Feture Film

Hi, my name is Alba, I'm a full time Social Media Manager, a part-time actor, and a runner for pure enjoyment. During the month of December I'll be running Calendar miles; each day of the month I'll be running the amount of miles that correspond to that day of the month. During this challenge I would like to raise money for Sonnie Daze, a feature film that Christian J Pacheco has wrote and is directing as we are currently shooting (when we have time and money to rent equipment & rent spaces we get together to shoot one or two scenes a day).

I'm proud to say that I'm the Director of Photography, the Editor and I also have a small role in it. We are a bunch of actors, wearing different hats on set, finding time from our schedules and money from our pockets to make this beautiful scrip come to life (yes, Christian is an amazing writer and the script has made us laugh and cry at the same time). This is new for all of us, but we are doing it for the love of the art. And what is this world without art, anyways?

 

My goal is to raise one dollar for each mile I run on December; 496 miles total. If you can donate $1 that would be amazing, every bit of help counts and if you can spread the word we would be immensely grateful!  (I will be documenting everyday my runs on [email redacted]t)
