We recently lost our beloved father, and along with the heartbreak, we’ve been faced with the difficult reality that he left no will and an estate in the negative.

Our dad was a hard-working man who was loved by many. He gave us everything he could, but now we find ourselves navigating legal and financial challenges we never expected during this time of grief.

We are trying to raise enough funds to bring his estate back to balance so that my brother does not lose his home — the place filled with our family’s memories — and to cover the legal fees necessary to settle his affairs properly.
