My name is Seth, and I’m the owner of E&G Property Services here in Vernon, BC.

After years of struggling with addiction, I’ve made a commitment to live differently — to give back, to serve, and to build something that truly makes a difference. Through E&G Property Services, we are creating more than a business. We are building a *People Helping People* movement.

Here’s what we want to do:

✔️ Provide **free yard cleanups** for seniors and individuals who physically or financially can’t keep up with maintenance

✔️ Help protect seniors from preventable property damage that can turn into overwhelming repair costs

✔️ Offer practical support to families in crisis — including groceries and essential needs

✔️ When possible, help cover rent for families at risk of losing their homes, giving them breathing room to get back on their feet

So many major expenses can be avoided with a little TLC and timely help. Our goal is simple: step in early, serve with compassion, and prevent small problems from becoming life-altering ones.

This mission is deeply personal to me. I know what it feels like to need help. Now I want to be part of the solution.
