Help Us Send Nurses to Modern Nurse Fest!

My name is Jen Crow and I am a born-and-raised Alaskan, a mom, a wife, and a nurse. After more than a decade in corporate healthcare - working 13+ hour shifts, missing holidays, weekends, and precious time with my family - I hit a breaking point. I was burned out, morally injured, and questioning the very career I had poured my life into.

Last year, I decided to reclaim my purpose. I leaned into what truly fuels me: advocating for nurses and challenging a system that too often profits off our pain and sacrifices. That passion led me to create Nurses for Nurses - a growing community and platform that helps nurses explore new, fulfilling paths using their hard-earned experience.

Now, alongside my incredible business partner, Emily Knife, we are launching our biggest initiative yet: Modern Nurse Fest - a festival designed to celebrate nurses and provide education, inspiration, and resources on everything from burnout prevention and holistic wellness to entrepreneurship and alternative healthcare practices.

But we don’t want cost to be the reason someone can’t attend.

That’s why we’re raising funds to provide scholarships that cover event admission for nurses who are ready for change but may not have the means to invest in themselves right now. Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping nurses access this powerful and transformational event.
