A young beautiful soul was called home to Heaven . This is something our family could have never prepared for . If you were lucky enough to know Jeremy you knew his smile could light up any room he stepped into. Jeremy was deeply loved by so many. Jeremy’s memories will live on through his children Carter & Alana , and all of his family and friends , & HIDEE.
This is such a tragic loss for all .
