We’ve collected an incredible number of children’s books to send to The Gambia, where they will be donated directly to communities to support learning and inspire a love of reading. Now, we kindly need your help to cover the shipping and delivery costs to get them there!

We are aiming to raise £570, which will go directly towards:

• Handling charge: £55

• Shipping cost of barrel: £180

• Physical barrel cost: £60

• Delivery to Brikama: £45

• Collection cost from London: £230

We are not aiming to collect more than £570, but if we do exceed our goal, any extra funds will go towards covering GoFundMe’s payment processing fees**, and any remaining will be donated to a charity.

Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help ensure these books reach the people who need them most.
