Hi, this is my first time using GoFundMe because I have tried everything that I can to raise money on my own, but my grandmother is now dying due to organ failure because she had a stroke and she has had multiple strokes in the past as well as heart attacks.

Me and my family are trying to raise money to commute to San Francisco to see her before we have to say goodbye.
