We are looking to expand and move to our own location after or just before our mall location gets torn down. We are not looking for another place in a mall but a stand-alone with its own parking in the same neighborhood, so we can easily keep growing with the local support we have been getting. We have 3 locations to choose from to meet this need but are keeping an open mind if something better comes into play.
Our store is currently 5400-ish sq ft with an additional 7700 sq ft of storage, so finding a location that's large enough for our needs as well as being cost effective can be difficult to find. This is why we are asking for help.
We want a place we can call HOME and take Pride in making it how we see fit. We want to have the ability to change it as demand takes root and not need to worry about landlord loopholes, rate changes or modification restrictions.
We want to make a place that can hold many events as well as be accessible to all. We also want to expand the community we already serve to make larger tournaments with plenty of space for all to play and enjoy. The hope is to be able to have play space available for free play, but also for as many types of events as we would like but currently don't have the space to comfortably host.
The Update: 3/3/26
For a Update we are under contract which means they have accepted our offer on the building. We have as of 3/3/26 just had a Building inspection waiting for results.
Commercial inspections are Expensive $3XXX.00 ish for the size of the Building and Age of it we believe worth it they had a Great Rating and Recommendations (NPI)

3/18/26 Update
We are on the last line of paperwork and now its up to the banks
We do need to have a few things done once we get the Keys
1st thing will be the Roof we are in need of replacement on the small section of the three. Sadly, it was the only one that has to be fully gutted, and it contained asbestos a added cost it will cost just as much as the other 2 sections alone. but will be well worth it for the longevity and the health and safety for everyone
it also has Radon at a higher level then allowed. we are having it remediated due to the awesome size of the building we have to get a as least 2 locations maybe a 3rd to make a safe place to hang out
