My name is Magaly Rincon, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to share that my beloved mother, Rosa Maria Rincon, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 28, 2025.

On Thursday, she was her usual self — talking, laughing, and feeling fine. But by Friday morning, everything changed. She suddenly became unresponsive and was rushed to the hospital, where we learned she was experiencing internal bleeding. Despite the efforts of the medical team, she passed away the following day. Her passing has left our family in shock and deep sorrow.

Rosa was the heart of our home. She was so loving, kind, and always made sure everyone around her was fed, cared for, and deeply loved. She put others before herself without hesitation and never showed her pain — always staying strong for the rest of us. She gave my brothers and me a hug and a kiss every night before bed or before we left the house, reminding us constantly that we may not be rich in money, but we were rich in love.

She was more than just a mother — she was a second mom to many, especially to her own siblings. As the oldest of eight, she stepped up when my grandfather passed away and raised her seven younger siblings with love and strength. She cooked, cleaned, worked, and supported them however she could — all while keeping her gentle spirit and unwavering compassion.

Now we’re faced with the heartbreaking task of saying goodbye to her and honoring her memory the way she deserves. We are raising funds to help cover the unexpected funeral and memorial expenses so we can give Rosa the loving and dignified farewell she earned with her lifetime of selfless care.

Queridos amigos, familiares y conocidos:

Me llamo Magaly Rincón y, con gran pesar, les escribo para compartirles que mi querida madre, Rosa María Rincón, falleció inesperadamente el sábado 28 de junio de 2025.

El jueves, estaba como siempre: hablaba, reía y se sentía bien. Pero el viernes por la mañana, todo cambió. De repente, dejó de responder y fue trasladada de urgencia al hospital, donde nos enteramos de que sufría una hemorragia interna. A pesar de los esfuerzos del equipo médico, falleció al día siguiente. Su fallecimiento ha dejado a nuestra familia en shock y con un profundo dolor.

Rosa era el corazón de nuestro hogar. Era tan cariñosa, amable y siempre se aseguraba de que todos a su alrededor recibieran comida, cuidados y fueran profundamente amados. Anteponía a los demás sin dudarlo y nunca mostró su dolor, manteniéndose siempre fuerte por los demás. Nos daba a mis hermanos y a mí un abrazo y un beso todas las noches antes de dormir o antes de salir de casa, recordándonos constantemente que quizá no fuéramos ricos en dinero, pero sí en amor.

Era más que una madre: era una segunda madre para muchos, especialmente para sus propios hermanos. Siendo la mayor de ocho hermanos, dio un paso al frente cuando falleció mi abuelo y crio a sus siete hermanos menores con amor y fortaleza. Cocinaba, limpiaba, trabajaba y los apoyaba como podía, todo ello manteniendo su espíritu amable y su inquebrantable compasión.

Ahora nos enfrentamos a la desgarradora tarea de despedirnos de ella y honrar su memoria como se merece. Estamos recaudando fondos para ayudar a cubrir los gastos inesperados del funeral y el funeral, para que podamos darle a Rosa la despedida amorosa y digna que se ganó con toda una vida de dedicación.
