This is my Mom Laura. Early morning on Sunday, March 8th she was unexpectedly found unresponsive and was declared passed away at just 43 years old. I am 24 and a full time college student in California, while my mother lived in Missouri where they are currently investigating the cause of death. There are no words to begin to describe the immediate impact that this tragedy has caused for our family, but I am in need of many funeral expenses and am trying to maintain financial stability while in school. I am more than happy to put my education on the back burner for this cause, but I know that the smart thing to do is to continue pursuing an education. I am extremely overwhelmed emotionally and I have no financial assets to support this kind of an expense so suddenly. Please if there is anything that can be spared during this process of grief for my family, we are in a difficult time of need and would be profoundly grateful for anything. It is just my younger sister and I who are living together and with this unexpected situation, financially right now is an impossibly difficult time for me to be able to get up and book a plane ticket without having assets set into place. Truly anything will help, I just want to say goodbye to my Mom, but I don’t have any way to get there and afford a burial service for her. We are in need of funeral costs, traveling expenses, or anything else that can be spared.
