Estamos eternamente agradecidos por el tiempo que hemos pasado con Gustavo. Muchos lo han conocido en muchos roles diferentes (hermano, tío, amigo, prójimo cariñoso). Para mí fue un gran esposo, mi nombre es María Inés Cubillos. Doy gracias a Dios por poner a Gustavo en mi vida. Me dio dos hermosos hijos (Priscilla y Antony) que siempre tendré en mi mente y corazón. Quiero que todos sepan que ha sido un excelente padre, un padre muy responsable, siempre anteponiendo a sus hijos, un protector, nuestra roca en la familia, a veces un poco gruñón, pero aún así un esposo muy amoroso. Le encantaba sonreír, una sonrisa que iluminara una habitación. Vivimos 30 años juntos, vivimos cosas muy buenas y también pasamos por muchas turbulencias. Siempre estábamos luchando juntos contra el bien y el mal. Pasó por momentos difíciles, pero al final de su enfermedad, estuvimos ahí y lo apoyamos. Nunca lo dejamos y estuvimos con él hasta su último aliento..

Su muerte, aunque fue pacífica, nos llegó inesperadamente. No estábamos preparados para estos tiempos. Especialmente pedimos oraciones a medida que superamos este momento difícil. Sabemos que está con Dios y por fin descansando en paz. Cualquier cosa que pueda donar es muy apreciada. Gracias por todo el amor que ya le ha dado a nuestra familia.
