I am thrilled to announce that I have acquired The Dixie Theater in New Madrid through a long-term lease, and I am eager to breathe new life into this incredible small-town treasure that holds a special place in my heart, as well as in the hearts of many others in our community.

It is our collective dream to restore this gem to its former glory, so that it may continue to be a source of joy for generations to come, including our children and grandchildren.

To make this vision a reality, we have established a GoFundMe campaign, to support the remodeling efforts and ensure a swift reopening. Our goal is to make all events at the theater free to attend or by donation at the door, so that everyone in our community can experience the magic of the theater, regardless of their financial means.

We envision The Dixie Theater as a vibrant hub for faith-based and family-friendly entertainment, where people from New Madrid and surrounding areas can come together to enjoy inspiring performances. We plan to host monthly Praise & Worship nights, featuring local churches and their praise and worship teams, as well as a Children/Teen Performing Arts Group that will be free to join.

Additionally, we will host karaoke nights, bluegrass shows, Elvis impersonation shows, plays, and many more exciting events.
