Hello, my name is Víctor Casanova, founder of Wildcat Divers in Cozumel, Quintana Roo.

For over 30 years, I’ve been offering unforgettable experiences in the Mexican Caribbean through snorkeling and fishing tours. Thousands of visitors from around the world have enjoyed our services over the years — always with professionalism and a deep love for the sea.

Recently, one of our main boats, the Copycat, had an accident during a tour near Isla de la Pasión. The boat hit a shallow rocky area, damaging the rudder and causing it to begin sinking.

Due to bad weather and the depth where it rests, we haven’t been able to recover the vessel. On top of that, the costs of the rescue, permits, possible fines, and repairs are extremely high.

That’s why I’m reaching out to you — friends, clients, and community — to ask for your support in saving the Copycat. It’s more than just a boat: it’s an essential part of my family’s livelihood and of everything we’ve worked so hard to build.
