Help us save the ancient authentic Tibetan Mastiff
Silence and ignorance is killing our breed, the Tibetan Mastiff/Do-Khyi!
The development of the breed for more than a decade is really devastating!
We see classic Tibetan Mastiff/Do-Khyi are crossed with "Chinese mastiffs".
We se extreme "Chinese mastiffs" sold as Tibetan Mastiff/Do-Khyi! We see that the majority of breed announcements and what is shown of pictures in all social is media are "Chinese mastiffs" - they are bred, sold and shown as TMs and we see breeders struggling to sell TM puppies and the prices on puppies are dumped....
Many think an international coalition/union of clubs that can work with the kennel clubs, FCI, CKU, AKC etc are necessary - and especially if the breed will be up for a split!
The Tibetan Mastiff Do Khyi World group was established to work for a solution to save our Tibetan Matiff/Do Khyi.
However , this work has proven to be quite costly - Promoting our group and work, stamps, registered letters, stationary, advertising campaigns, flyers, phonecalls and more is adding up. So far, all costs have been paid for by "Tibetan Mastiff Do Khyi World" Admin Team and amounts to around euro 1000 already.
We now need help to cover the cost and to be able to bring our work on to the next levels!
We expect there will be more expenses in the futufuture including travelling expenses, buyin a domaine, developing a homepage and other (at the moment) un-known expenses. If more is needed we wil increase the amount needed. If we for some reason have no need for the money collected we will donate what is left to one or more tibetan mastiff rescue of our choice.
We will, keep accountance of money collected and money spend!
