HELP US SAVE SWEET MOLLY!
Donation protected
Just as we were preparing for North Texas Giving Day, we received an urgent call about a 3-month-old puppy in critical condition needing immediate rescue from Ft. Worth Animal Care & Control. This precious little girl, named Molly, was found at a citizen’s job site, possibly suffering from a snake bite on her front left leg. Her poor leg is badly swollen, and while she’s clearly uncomfortable, she’s still incredibly sweet—our little fighter has a heart of gold.
Given the seriousness of her condition, we knew we had to act fast to give Molly the best chance at recovery. At Family Pet Clinic, doctors initially feared a fracture in her forearm, but thankfully, x-rays showed no break. However, it might be an old wound that’s damaged her bone—possibly from an animal bite. The vet team is concerned about a potential bone infection, and while we wait for culture results, Molly has started IV antibiotics and is receiving medication to manage her pain.
As if that weren’t enough, this little warrior is also battling hookworms and roundworms.
This tiny fighter needs our help to heal and thrive! Your donations will ensure she receives the medical care she desperately needs. Once she starts feeling better, Molly will need a loving foster home to give her all the TLC (and maybe a few hummus treats!) she deserves.
Let’s show this sweet girl just how much love we have to give!
