Land of Illinois Parrot Rescue exists for the birds who have nowhere else to go—the sick, the neglected, the unwanted, and the forgotten. Many of the parrots who come to us arrive frightened, stressed, and sometimes critically ill. They don’t get a second chance unless someone steps up for them.

Right now, we are trying to raise $1,125 for a Brinsea TLC-40 Zoologica II Bird Brooder & Pet Recovery Incubator with Humidity Control. This isn’t a luxury item—it’s lifesaving equipment.

When a bird is sick, injured, weak, or struggling to regulate body temperature, warmth and proper humidity can mean the difference between life and death. Birds hide illness until they are very unwell, and by the time they reach rescue, they often need immediate, controlled care. This incubator allows us to:

• Stabilize sick and injured parrots

• Support birds recovering from illness or trauma

• Provide a safe, stress-reduced healing environment

• Give fragile birds a fighting chance to survive

We are not a large organization. We are a small, dedicated rescue doing everything we can with limited resources. Every dollar goes directly toward the care of the parrots who depend on us. We don’t breed, we don’t sell, and we don’t turn birds away because they’re “too much work.”

We take the birds others can’t.

And right now, we need help to keep doing that.
