Help Us Save Our Uncle’s Life – A Call for Compassion

Please donate to help us save our beloved uncle, 55, who is currently in critical condition in Bangladesh.

After falling seriously ill on 30 June, he was rushed to a government hospital in Sylhet and scans have shown bleeding in his brain caused by a rupture of a blood vessel. Doctors suspect a hamorrhagic stroke, a potential life-threatening condition that requires urgent specialist treatment.

Currently, he is only on a drip because he is too weak to eat, move or talk. To give him the best chance of survival and recovery, he must be transferred to a more advanced hospital in Dhaka, where he would undergo emergency surgery to stop the bleeding. The cost of his care and transfer is estimated to be around £8,000, a sum that his family simply cannot afford alone.

Our uncle is the sole provider for his household. He cares for his wife, their 14-year-old daughter, and their 10-year-old son who has Down syndrome. Without him, their lives will be shattered.
