Our family cat needs any help you can give, wether that be a $1 or a share. Anything is appreciated. Wolfie is a 8 year old Savannah cat. He is loving, affectionate and an all around good boy. He is so very loved by his family and friends. He enjoys eating plastic (even though he is not supposed too) and playing in boxes. He is extremely loving and passionate for his favorite cat toys. On approximately May 16th Wolfie was bitten by our family dog. We immediately took him to the emergency vet where he got a full blood panel, x-rays and two sutures for his puncture wounds. He was doing okay upon his arrival back home and we were attending to his recovery at home with immense care. On May 22nd, we noticed that the site where he was bitten looked inflamed and smelled of feces. After reaching out to our vet, they recommended that we immediately take him in the following morning. On May 23, we took Wolfie into the emergency vet at 7:45 am in the morning. The vet informed us that he had a severe infection in his stomach fat pad, which is where he was bitten. He needs extensive surgery and care to save his life. The surgery estimate is $9,000-$11,000. I have recently graduated college two days ago, on May 21st with a Bachelor of Arts in English. I am trying to secure an immediate job to help with his care and have used all of my saving, along with family help, to pay the down payment of $4700. I unfortunately do not have enough money to pay for the rest of the surgery. I am trying to explore an possible area where I can get a loan, get help, and am turning to go fund me to hopefully get some help in his life saving surgery. Our family is in desperate help, we are all trying our hardest to accumulate the funds to save Wolfie life and are all reaching out to everyone we know for help. Wolfie deserves to live and to continue his adventures in life. Anything will help, if that is $1 or 50 cents, a share, a repost, a prayer, anything.
