We are the Gordons, and Pixie is a part of our little family. She came into our life after we lost our beloved Tinker, and Pixie brightened our lives during a dark time. Our family has grown since adopting her, and she adores our twin toddlers, and they adore her. She is now 4 years old, and just this past weekend, she consumed some kind of toxin that threw her into multiple seizures. She is currently staying at the Animal ER, and the costs keep rising, but we don't want to let her go. We are being told that she has a fighting chance, but she needs a few more days in the ER. Between rising costs of raising the twins, paying our mortgage, health insurance, and unexpected medical costs, we have cleared out our savings and retirement. We honestly don't know how we are going to get by, but we can't see a world where we don't fight for our Pixie girl. Please, if you have anything to give, you could help us save her life.
