Help us save our home or we'll be homeless

Desperately seeking donors and sponsors to help us with catch up with our mortgage payment. We've recently been hit hard with debt to court rulings, credit card debt and major medical problems and bills. I receive a small monthly payment from Social Security disability and my husband is busting his ass to get us from check to check. We've exhausted all resources for assistance including refinancing, loan modification, and CA Debt Relief. If we don't get help, we'll have to rent it out, short sale it or sell it in the market and be homeless. I've recently been diagnosed with a heart condition and had heart surgery on 12/29 on top of the multiple chronic health conditions I already live with.
