My name is Jodie Duncan, and I never imagined I would be in a position to ask for help like this. I have always worked hard for everything I have. But today, I am humbly asking for support to help save the home my mother worked her whole life for.

My mom, Lodean, has been battling dementia. As her condition has progressed, it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with everything — emotionally, physically, and financially. During this time, we fell behind on our HOA payments. What started as missed dues has now grown into significant HOA fees, legal costs, penalties, and other added fees. A Sheriff’s lien has been placed on our home, and it is scheduled to go to auction soon. We have applied for loans and assistance programs but were denied. We are doing everything we can, but we cannot lose this home. My mother worked too hard for it, and it holds a lifetime of memories.

We are asking for help to raise the funds needed to stop the foreclosure and pay the outstanding balance before the auction date of March 5th 2026.
