In 2022, my world changed forever when I lost my husband. Then, in December 2024, I lost my job and was unemployed for a year. During that time, I depleted my 401k savings and relied on unemployment, which unfortunately ended last summer. Despite my best efforts, I just haven’t been able to catch up. I was finally able to secure a full-time job this January, but the challenges have continued to pile up.

My home is now at risk of being sold for unpaid property taxes, my car was repossessed, and many of my priority bills are past due. I am also behind on my mortgage, and every day I worry about losing the place my kids and I call home. I am reaching out for help because I want to give my children the stability and security they deserve.
