My name is Matilda and my family and I have just found out that our cavoodle Bonnie has pancreatitis and a collapsed lobe in her right lung after her being in the SASH in Sydney for 2 nights already. We live in a rural town and our vets don’t have the facilities and care for her so we have had to travel 5 hours all the way to Sydney for Bonnie to get that care. She will need surgery to remove the collapsed lobe which will cost us around $25,000 minus the costs of scans, medications, and her stay in pet hospital before and after the procedure.
