Help us save our Blu
Our little kitten Blu is only 9 weeks old and has an issue with her stomach that's called an Umbilical Hernia. This type of hernia is essential the umbilical cord not healing over correctly when the cord was cut causing a lump to form where her belly button is. When we received her, she had the go ahead that this wouldn't cause any issue, and if the hernia hadn't healed by the time she is six months old it's just an extra few stitches when she gets spayed.
We had to rush her to an emergency vets appointment as she had been throwing up, not eating or drinking, and the hernia on her stomach had swollen massively. This is a massive shock as shes such a lively, happy kitten. We have been told that if the hernia is really bad, there is a chance she could die if she doesn't have the surgery to save her. The surgery itself could cost over £700, but due to money situations we haven't got the money to cover the costs. If she doesn't get the surgery there is a high chance she can die, or just live the rest of her life in pain.
Due to the money issues we may be selling our computers to help pay for the surgery so any help will be going towards a great cause to save this kitten life. Thank you
